Every journey begins before the ceremony and continues long after it.

A meaningful retreat isn't only about the ceremony itself. Taking time to prepare beforehand and reflect afterwards often makes the experience clearer, calmer and easier to integrate into everyday life.

That's why every retreat at Mystic Margay includes one online Preparation Session before your retreat and one online Integration Session afterwards.

Before each session, you'll receive a short questionnaire. It helps you organise your thoughts, gives me a better understanding of where you are, and allows us to spend our time together focusing on what matters most to you.

The conversations are relaxed, personal and always shaped around your own questions, experiences and intentions.

Preparation Session

Before your retreat, we'll explore what brings you here, what you hope to gain from the experience and any questions or concerns you may have. Together we'll clarify your intentions, discuss practical preparations and make sure you feel informed and comfortable before the retreat begins.

Integration Session

After your retreat, we'll revisit your experience together. Some insights are immediately clear, while others need time to unfold. This session offers space to reflect, ask questions and explore how your experience can be integrated into daily life in a meaningful and lasting way.

Scheduling

Preparation and Integration Sessions take place online on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 11:00 and 23:00 (CET).

The exact appointment time is arranged together to fit both our schedules.

There are no right or wrong answers, and no expectations to meet. These conversations are simply an opportunity to pause, reflect and explore whatever feels important to you.
